ChocoVision Revolation V chocolate tempering machine with a stainless steel body, a removable stainless bowl, a clear polycarbonate lid, and a gray baffle. A digital control panel has settings for chocolate type, temper mode, manual mode, temperature, bowl pause, and overnight mode. It powers on and the display lights up; tempering was not tested.
