ChocoVision Revolation 3Z chocolate tempering machine with a stainless steel body, a large removable stainless bowl, a clear polycarbonate lid, and a gray baffle. The digital control panel has milk, dark, and white chocolate settings plus temper, temperature, programming, bowl pause, and overnight modes. It powers on and the display lights up; tempering was not tested. Rated for about 30 lb of chocolate per batch.
